Collecting Tickets
All tickets will be sent by Yamato Security Package to the address submitted when applying from the start of November onward. A postage fee of 1,000yen (tax excluded) per application will be charged.

Notes
- *The following information is for those living in Japan.
- Ticket sales will be on a “first come, first served” basis. Please note that the seats will be assigned by random draw.
- One order can contain up to 4 single tickets for the same day and category. Single tickets for different days cannot be purchased in the same order.
- Purchases cannot be changed or cancelled.
- All seats are reserved. 1 Preschool child may enter free of charge per an adult who has a valid ticket, provided that he or she watches the game on the lap of an adult. In a case the child needs a proper seat, he or she is required to buy a valid ticket.
- All tickets will be sent by post. Postage and service charge of 1,000 yen (tax excluded) is applicable to each order.
- Applications by internet are to be purchased by card only. Applications by telephone are to be purchased either by card or payment at convenience stores. (Lawson only-cash or card) The payment at convenience stores is to be completed within 2 days after the application date. (by 23:00) (If the application date is 6 Sep, the payment is due by 23:00 8 Sep)
- Tickets will be delivered to the address entered at the time of purchase by Yamato security package from early November. This does not apply to Japan Post Service’s transferring service. In case of change of address, please notify “FIFA Club World Cup Japan 2015 Ticket Centre” (TEL:0570-000-940) by 1 October (Thu) . If change of address occurs after 1 October (Thu), please note that due to delivery operation reasons, delivery may by delayed.
- No purchase for the purpose of resale or transfer is accepted. Any tickets resold for profit are invalid and admission with such tickets may be refused. The Organiser and Ticket Centre assume no responsibility whatsoever for any troubles caused by tickets purchased by resale.
- Please note that in some seats, team benches, photographers, advertising signage, and TV cameras may be blocking your view of goal lines and part of the pitch. The blind spot will vary depending on your seat location.
- 2nd tier of the International Yokohama Stadium may not be used depending on the match attendance.
- Tickets may be on sale again even after the allocated number of tickets are sold out due to tickets being returned from the allocation of the various stakeholders.
