Application process
1. Application by entering ticket application form
Please follow the directions on the application page, and enter the application form.
2. Payment by credit card
If desired ticket is available, please make payment by credit card in Japanese yen.
※Service charge of 1,000 yen (tax excluded) is applicable to each order.
3. Issue ticket
Ticket will be issued at the venue on the match day.
Collecting Tickets
Tickets will be issued at the venue on the match day. Purchasers will be asked to present the credit card used to purchase the tickets for authentication, as well as passport, and/or other forms of ID, and the 10 digit application number which will be sent by e-mail after application. Please note that purchaser will not be able to receive tickets in case he/she does not have the credit card (actual card). All purchasers will be informed of the details of ticket issuance by e-mail.
Seat numbers will be notified upon issuance of tickets at the venue. If you purchase multiple seats, please note that they may not be in the same row.
No purchase for the purpose of resale or transfer is accepted
No purchase for the purpose of resale or transfer is accepted. Any tickets resold for profit are invalid and admission with such tickets may be refused. The Organiser and Ticket Centre assume no responsibility whatsoever for any troubles caused by tickets purchased by resale.

- ※The following information is for those living outside Japan.
- All purchases are to made by credit card.
- Ticket sales will be on a "first come, first served" basis. However, please note that seats will be assigned by random draw.
- Billing date/timing of the credit card may be different for each credit card company. Please ask your credit card issuer for the billing date. Compared to other countries, Japan is slow on credit card billing timings. Please understand that it may take a while for your credit card to be billed.
- The total amount of ticket purchased will be charged to the credit card in Japanese yen. The actual amount charged in local currency will depend on the exchange rate applied by the credit card company.
- One order can contain up to 4 single tickets for the same day and category. Single tickets for different days cannot be purchased in the same order.
- Purchases cannot be changed or cancelled.
- All seats are reserved. 1 Preschool child may enter free of charge per an adult who has a valid ticket, provided that he or she watches the game on the lap of an adult. In a case the child needs a proper seat, he or she is required to buy a valid ticket.
