Tickets purchased through the official website must be exchanged at the Will Call window at either of the venues during the operating hours shown below.
Will Call windows are predicted to get very crowded before the match starts, so please be sure to collect your tickets well in advance.

How to collect your tickets

You will need

• The credit card you used for your purchase (the actual card)
• Your passport or personal identification card
• Your application number (10 digits)

• STEP 1
  Go to the Will Call window at any of the operating hours listed below.
• ↓
• STEP 2
  Show the member of staff the following:
  *The credit card you used to pay for your reservation (the actual card)
  *Your passport or personal identification card
  *Your application number (10 digits)
• ↓
• STEP 3
  Receive your ticket(s).
