A.We’re sorry, but you cannot cancel or change purchased tickets.
Q.Are the seat numbers assigned in order of application?
A.The applications are accepted on a first-come first-serve basis. Applications will be closed once the number of available seats are filled. Seating will be determined by a drawing.
Q.Can I check my seat number?
A.You will be notified of your seat number when the tickets are issued at the will call. The seat number will also be printed on the tickets.
Q.How are the seats decided?
A.All seats are determined by a drawing.
Q.How can I check if my purchase was successful?
A.A purchase notification email will be sent to your registered email address. Also, you can check your order details from the “Order Confirmation” page at our website.
Q.Do preschool children need tickets?
A.All seats for all of the matches of this tournament are reserved seats. Children who require their own seat must have a ticket.
Q.Are there any additional fees when buying a ticket?
A.Service Charge of 1,000yen(tax excluded) is applicable to each ticket.
Q.Is there a limit to the number of tickets I can order?
A.In a single order, you can purchase a maximum of 6 single tickets(4 single tickets only for M7/8) for the same day and category. Please be noted, you cannot apply for multiple match days in a single order.
Q.Can I choose my seat when I buy a ticket?
A.We’re sorry, but customers cannot choose their seats. The applications will be accepted on a first-come first-serve basis, and seats are determined by a drawing. We thank you for your understanding.
Q.I would like to buy seats that are next to each other in a row.
A.Generally, we place the seats that are from the same order in a single row. However, depending on the remaining number of seats, it is possible that seats in the same row may not be available.
Q.I haven’t received the purchase notification email.
A.You can check your order details and history from your “Order Confirmation” page. Also, please double-check the registered email address from the “Change Basic Information” section of the “Order Confirmation” page.
Q.Can I get a corporate receipt for the tickets I bought?
A.Yes. Please contact the “FIFA Club World Cup Japan 2016 Ticket Center” yoyaku-no-info@lhe.lawson.co.jp. Please remember to send us the following details in the email:
(1) The addressee of the receipt. (The name of the person who made the purchase.)
(2) Phone number
(3) The name of the event that you require a receipt from.
(4) Details of the purchased tickets. (Event name, event date, venue name, seat type, number of tickets.)
Q.Can I return the ticket(s) I purchased?
A.We’re sorry, but you cannot return tickets once they are purchased.
