• チケットは、公式ページに記載のチケットプレイガイドよりご購入ください。
• 正規販売ルート以外（個人間売買・オークションサイト・金券ショップ等）で購入されたチケットに関しては、その有効性を一切保証されておりません。
• 第三者への譲渡禁止 / 営利目的の転売禁止 / オークションへの出品禁止
• 先行販売で規定枚数に達し次第、受付を終了させていただきます。その場合は一般発売を行いませんのであらかじめご了承ください。
  ただし、先行販売で受付が一度終了した場合でも機材開放などで後日の追加販売を行う可能性がございます。
• 全席指定
• 一部演出が見えにくい座席がございます。
• 座席によっては一部着席でのご鑑賞になりますのであらかじめご了承ください。
• 複数枚ご購入の場合、お連れの方との座席や立ち位置が必ずしも隣同士にならない場合がございますので、ご了承の上お買い求めください。
• お客様の都合による、チケット購入後のキャンセル・変更・払い戻しは一切できません。
• 車椅子をご利用の方は、安全上ハンディキャップエリアをご利用いただくが必要があります。車椅子での観覧をご希望のお客様は、S席のチケットをご購入お願いいたします。ハンディキャップエリアへの付き添いは1名様までです。付き添いの方もチケットが必要となります。また、スペースに限りがございますのであらかじめご了承ください。車椅子でご来場のお客様は、チケットご購入後にKaty Perry来日公演事務局〈https://inquiriesform.jp/katyperry-japan-information〉までご連絡をお願いいたします。
  車椅子をご利用の方がS席以外をご購入された場合、車椅子から指定のお席へ移ってご観覧いただく必要がございます。なお、周辺の座席は着席が指定されているエリアではございません。
  また主催者側がS席以外での観覧が難しいと判断した場合、ハンディキャップエリアにご案内させていただく場合がございます。あらかじめご了承ください。その場合のチケット代金等の払い戻し及び、開演後の座席変更は出来かねます。
• 会場内にクロークはございません。必要な方はご来場いただく前に会場周辺のコインロッカーをご利用ください。
• 入場時に手荷物検査を行います。ご協力いただけない方は、入場をお断りする場合がございますのであらかじめご了承ください。
• カン・ビン類の持ち込みは出来ません。移し替え用のプラカップもご用意いたしませんので、入場口で廃棄いただきます。ペットボトル（1,000ml以内）は持ち込み出来ますが、観覧エリア内およびステージへの投げ入れなどは厳禁です。
• 危険物や他のお客様のご迷惑と判断されるものは一切お断りいたします。
• ペット類の同伴入場は不可となります。但し、盲導犬等の補助犬についてはご入場可能です。補助犬同伴でご来場の場合、事前にKaty Perry来日公演事務局〈https://inquiriesform.jp/katyperry-japan-information〉までご連絡をいただけますとスムーズにご案内出来ます。
• 場内外いずれにおいても、お客様同士のトラブル等については、お客様同士で解決をお願いいたします。
• 過度な飲酒状態の方、他のお客様のご迷惑となるような行為が確認された方、係員の指示にしたがっていただけない方には、退場していただく場合がございます。その場合のチケット代金等の払い戻しは行いません。
• 会場内では係員の指示に従ってください。係員の指示に従わず事故・怪我などをされた場合は出演者・主催者、及び会場側は一切責任を負いません。
• ステージへ物を投げ込んだり、駆け寄ったりする危険行為は絶対におやめください。公演中はご指定の席・エリア以外での観覧は禁止とさせていただきます。
• 公共の交通機関をご利用いただきますようお願いいたします。
• 終演時は規制退場を実施する場合がございます。係員の誘導に従ってお進みください。
• 万が一公演中止となった場合、本公演の中止・遅延に伴う、会場までの旅費・宿泊費等（キャンセル料を含む）の補償はいたしません。
• 近隣住民の方々、および施設の多大なご協力とご理解のもと開催しております。皆様のご協力をお願いいたします。

■ 電子チケットについて

• 本公演のチケットはスマートフォン専用アプリ「AnyPASS（電子チケット）https://anypass.jp/」となります。
• チケットのお受け取り、公演日当日ご入場の際にはスマートフォン専用アプリ「AnyPASS」対応のスマートフォンが必要となります。
• お申込み時のお客様情報の携帯電話番号（AnyPASS発券）欄にご登録の携帯電話番号の端末のみ、チケットのお受け取りが可能になります。（チケット情報は購入時の携帯電話番号に紐づきます。）
  他の携帯電話番号の端末ではチケットのお受け取りが出来ませんので公演日まで携帯電話番号の変更/解約をしないようお願いいたします。同じ電話番号での機種変更は問題ございません。
• チケット発券開始は公演日2週間前15:00より、席番表示開始は公演日前日15:00を予定しております。
• 複数枚購入された方は必ず全てのチケットを分配してからご入場いただけますようお願いいたします。お持ちのチケットのうち、一部枚数のみを使用してご入場された場合、残りのチケットは使用不可となりますのでご注意ください。
• 本公演は、お一人様1枚チケットをお持ちいただきご入場いただきますので、同行者の方には、AnyPASSを利用しチケットを分配してください。
  お申込者の分のチケットは、他の方に分配・譲渡出来ませんのでご注意ください。
  同行者の方が、チケットをお受け取りいただく際、同行者の方もAnyPASSをダウンロード、利用登録（無料）をしていただく必要がございます。
  お申込みの際は、必ず購入代表者が下記対応OSを搭載し、SMS認証が利用可能なスマートフォンをお持ちかをご確認の上、お申込みください。
  プリントアウト、スクリーンショットをしたものをご提示いただきましても入場は出来ません。
• 未分配のままご来場されますと、ご入場までにお時間がかかる場合がございます。
  必ずご来場までにチケット購入代表者がAnyPASSのご登録・チケット受取をお済ませください。
• 代理購入されてもご購入者様分のチケットは、他の方へ分配・譲渡出来ません。
• 同一日時の公演のチケットを同一電話番号で複数回ご購入いただいた場合、必ず1枚ずつご購入者様分のチケットとして手元に残ります。
  手元に残ったチケットはご購入者様のみ使用可能です。別の方がご使用・ご入場いただくことは出来ませんのでご注意ください。
• 同行者の方が未成年者で対応のスマートフォンをお持ちでない場合に限り、公演日当日、身分証明書のご提示、氏名・連絡先等の情報をご提供いただいた上でご入場いただきます。
  お申込者と同行者全員がお揃いになってからのご入場となります。
  身分証明書のご提示がない場合、未成年でない場合はご入場出来ない場合がございます。あらかじめご了承ください。
• AnyPASSの言語表示は日本語・英語への切り替えが可能です。

上記条件を満たさない方に関しましてはご入場いただく事が出来ません。あらかじめご了承ください。

■ 転売行為の禁止について

本受付にて購入されたチケットは、理由を問わず第三者に転売する行為は一切禁止されています。また、転売の為に第三者に提供する行為も禁止されています。
公演日当日に会場周辺で不当な金額で販売する行為や、インターネット等を通じて不特定多数に向けて販売する行為は、取引金額や理由に関わらず転売行為とみなします。
したがって、オフィシャルホームページなどに掲載されている公式チケット販売サイト以外でご購入されたチケットと発覚した場合は、入場をお断りいたします。
尚、以上の理由に伴ない入場をお断りした場合でも、チケット代金等の払い戻しは行いませんのでご注意ください。

■ Other Important Information

• Children under school age are not permitted to enter.
• The door opening and starting times may change.
• Tickets should be purchased from the official page's ticket guide.
• Tickets purchased from non-official sales channels (e.g., private sales, auction sites, ticket shops) are not guaranteed to be valid.
• Transfer to third parties is prohibited / Resale for profit is prohibited / Listing tickets on auction sites is prohibited.
• Once the limited number of tickets is sold in advance, the sale will be closed. Please note that there will be no general sale afterward.
  Even if all the tickets are sold out for the pre-sale period, there is a possibility of additional sales at a later date due to the release of equipment or other factors.
• All seats are reserved.
• Some seats may have limited visibility due to certain stage setups.
• Some seats may require the audience to remain seated during the performance. Please note this in advance.
• If you purchase multiple tickets, please be aware that you may not sit next to your companion depending on the seating arrangements.
• Cancellations, changes, or refunds are not possible after ticket purchase for any personal reasons.
• Wheelchair users must use the designated handicap area for safety. If you wish to attend in a wheelchair, please purchase an S-seat ticket.
  One companion is allowed in the handicap area, but they will also need a ticket. Due to space limitations, please be aware of this in advance. If you are attending in a wheelchair,
  please contact the Katy Perry Japan Tour Office (https://inquiriesform.jp/katyperry-japan-information) after purchasing your ticket.
• If a wheelchair user purchases a ticket other than an S-seat, they may need to transfer to a designated seat for viewing. Please note that surrounding seats are not in a designated seating area.
• If the organizers deem it difficult for a wheelchair user to view the performance from anywhere other than the S-seat, they may be directed to the handicap area.
  Please note that in this case, no ticket refunds or seat changes will be possible after the performance has started.
• There is no cloakroom available at the venue. If you need to store your belongings, please use the coin lockers around the venue before arriving.
• A baggage inspection will be conducted upon entry. If you refuse to cooperate, entry may be denied.
• Cans and bottles are not allowed inside the venue. We will not provide plastic cups for transferring drinks, so they must be disposed of at the entrance.
  Bottled drinks (up to 1,000ml) are allowed, but throwing them into the spectator area or onto the stage is strictly prohibited.
• Dangerous items and items that could disturb other attendees will not be allowed.
• Pets are not allowed, except for assistance animals such as guide dogs. If you are attending with an assistance animal,
  please contact the Katy Perry Japan Tour Office (https://inquiriesform.jp/katyperry-japan-information) in advance for a smoother experience.
• Any disputes between guests inside or outside the venue must be resolved between the individuals involved.
• Guests who are excessively drunk, disturbing other guests, or failing to follow the staff's instructions may be asked to leave, and no refund will be provided in such cases.
• Please follow the staff’s instructions inside the venue. If you fail to comply and experience an accident or injury, neither the performers, organizers, nor the venue will be responsible.
• Throwing objects onto the stage or engaging in dangerous behavior such as rushing the stage is strictly prohibited. During the performance, viewing is restricted to your assigned seat or area.
• Please use public transportation to reach the venue.
• Exit procedures after the performance may be regulated. Please follow the staff's instructions.
• In the event of a performance cancellation, we do not offer compensation for travel expenses, accommodation fees, or any other related costs (including cancellation fees).
• This event is being held with the cooperation and understanding of nearby residents and facilities. We kindly ask for your cooperation.

■ Electronic Tickets

• Tickets for this event will be issued through the smartphone app "AnyPASS" (https://anypass.jp/).
• To receive your ticket and enter the venue on the day of the event, you will need a smartphone compatible with the AnyPASS app.
• Only the mobile phone number registered during the application process will be able to receive the ticket. Please do not change or cancel the registered phone number before the event.
  Changing your phone model is fine as long as it is the same phone number.
• Tickets will be issued from 3:00 PM two weeks before the performance date, and seat numbers will be displayed from 3:00 PM the day before the performance date.
• If you purchase multiple tickets, please ensure all tickets are distributed to your companions before entering. If you try to use only some of your tickets, the remaining tickets will be invalid.
• Each person will need to have a ticket to enter, so please use AnyPASS to distribute tickets to your companions.
• Your companions must also download and register (free) for the AnyPASS app to receive their ticket.
• When applying, please ensure the purchaser’s phone has a compatible operating system and can use SMS authentication.
• Printed tickets or screenshots will not be accepted for entry.
• If tickets are not distributed beforehand, it may take time to enter the venue.
• Even if you purchased tickets on behalf of someone, you cannot transfer the tickets to others.
• If you purchase tickets for the same performance under the same phone number, each ticket will remain with the purchaser. Only the purchaser can use their ticket.
• If the companion is a minor and does not have a compatible smartphone, they may enter by showing an ID and providing information such as their name and contact details on the day of the event.
• All attendees must be present before entering the venue.
• If the attendee is not a minor and cannot show ID, they may not be allowed to enter.
• The AnyPASS app can be displayed in both Japanese and English.
• If any of the conditions above are not met, entry will be denied. Thank you for your understanding.

■ Prohibition of Resale

Tickets purchased through this site are strictly prohibited from being resold for any reason. Providing tickets to others for resale is also prohibited.
Any sale of tickets at an unreasonable price near the venue or via the internet will be considered resale, regardless of the price or reason. Tickets purchased from unofficial sources (e.g., private sellers, auction sites) will not be valid for entry.
Please note that if you are denied entry due to this, no refunds will be issued.
