Purchase Procedure for Telephone Orders

Telephone FIFA Club World Cup Japan 2015 Ticket Centre, 0570-000-045 (Purchase only) during the sales period from 13 September (Sun)10:00 to 27 September (Sun) 23:00. An operator will assist your ticket ordering. Ticket sales will be on a "first come, first served" basis. We recommend that you call at your earliest convenience.

• *This telephone line is only for ticket purchases. No inquiries about the tournament can be answered.

[STEP2]Please follow the instructions and inform the operator about the details of the tickets you’d like to purchase.

Please tell the operator the details of the tickets you wish to purchase (match date, category, numbers of tickets, etc.).

• *Seat number cannot be selected.

[STEP3]Confirm the details of your order.

When the tickets are available and ready for issuance, the operator will reconfirm the details of these tickets before issuing them.

[STEP4]Select your method of payment.

Applications by internet are to be purchased by credit card only. Applications by telephone are to be purchased either by credit card or payment at convenience stores. (Lawson only-cash or credit card) The payment at convenience stores is to be completed within 2 days after the application date. (by 23:00) (If the application date is 6 Sep, the payment is due by 23:00 8 Sep)

• *All tickets will be sent by post. Postage and service charge of 1,000 yen (tax excluded) is applicable to each order.

[STEP5]Ticket will be sent by post.

Tickets will be delivered to the address entered at the time of purchase by Yamato security package from early November. This does not apply to Japan Post Service’s transferring service. In case of change of address, please notify “FIFA Club World Cup Japan 2015 Ticket Centre” (TEL:0570-000-940) by 1 October (Thu) . If change of address occurs after 1 October (Thu), please note that due to delivery operation reasons, delivery may by delayed.
