Internet Purchase Process

[STEP1]Select Ticket (Match and ticket type), then click the “BUY” button.

Select Ticket. Click the "BUY" button to the right side of your selected ticket.

[STEP2]Read the “Terms and Conditions” carefully. If you agree, click the “Agree and proceed” button to continue.

Please read the "Terms and Conditions" including "FIFA Club World Cup Japan 2015 Ticket Terms & Conditions","Notice Regarding Ticket Purchases (for those living in Japan)", "Notice regarding Ticket Purchases (for those living outside Japan)","Regulations for Ticket Purchase" and "Privacy Policy" before proceeding. If you agree, click the "Agree and proceed" button.

[STEP3]Select category and number of tickets.

Select category and number of tickets, then click the "Purchase" button.

• *One order can contain up to 4 single tickets for the same day and category.
• *Tickets for different days cannot be purchased in the same order.

[STEP4]Enter your information.

• Enter your information (name, telephone number, address for your tickets, credit card number, etc.), and confirm.
• Once complete, click the "Next" button.

[STEP5]Confirm details of your order and cost of tickets displayed.

Reconfirm details of your order. If correct, click the "Purchase" button to complete the purchase.

• *Postage and service charge of 1000yen (tax excluded) is applicable to each order.
• *Clicking this button will immediately process your credit card payment. After this, no cancellation is possible under any circumstances.

[STEP6]When this page is displayed, purchase is complete.

Upon completion of the purchase, a confirmation mail will be sent to your e-mail address.

• *It might take 5 minutes or so to deliver your confirmation email. We ask you to wait for a while to receive it.

[STEP7]Issue ticket

Tickets will be issued at the venue on the match day. Purchasers will be asked to present the credit card used to purchase the tickets for authentication, as well as passport, and/or other forms of ID, and the 10 digit application number which will be sent by e-mail after application. Please note that purchaser will not be able to receive tickets in case he/she does not have the credit card (actual card). All purchasers will be informed of the details of ticket issuance by e-mail.
